The Klein Oilers and Derrick Dolls are organized
under the Klein Oiler Booster Club and associated with the AAYFDT
or the All American Youth Football and Drill Team.
The Klein Oilers participate in full contact football on four
different levels: Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.
The Oiler players range in age from 8-12. Players are placed
on teams
in accordance with their age, weight and previous experience.

The Derrick Dolls, aged 6-12, participate at two levels: Juniors
and Seniors. (For more information on cheerleading eligibility
and requirements, please go to the Registration page). The Dolls
provide cheerleading and spirit for the Oilers when they take
the field. The Dolls also perform dance routines during half
times at all of the Oiler home games. In addition, the Dolls
participate in an end of the season dance competition.
The 2008 season begins with practice
starting Tuesday, July 22 and wrapping up the weekend before
Thanksgiving. The season will start with 2 scrimmages,
followed by the regular season which consists of 8 games. The regular season will be followed by 3 rounds of playoffs which culminates in a “Super Bowl.”
